Key Responsibilities:
Engage with farmers, dealers, and retailers to understand their needs
Recommend appropriate products based on crop lifecycle and customer requirementsGenerate and convert leads through effective product communicationBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsMaintain accurate and updated customer data in CRM systemsRespond to customer queries promptly and professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications:
BSc/MSc/MBA (Agriculture) graduates
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood negotiation and persuasion abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to work independently or in teamsQuick learner, adaptable to agri-sales and rural market conditionsProficiency in Hindi or English (mandatory)
