Job Description

Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues that may arise during the construction phase. Budget Management: Manage project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget. Review & certify RA bills, cost estimates, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for project stakeholders. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising the quality of the project. Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and specifications set by consultants and the company. Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and address any quality concerns & mitigating by giving pep-talk / Trainings Ensure that projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. Team Management and Leadership Supervise project teams, including project managers, engineers, and support staff, to ensure efficient project delivery. Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members to enhance their performance. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and achieve project goals. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project updates, progress reports, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and client. Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive relationships. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project timelines or budgets and develop risk mitigation strategies. Implement proactive measures to address changes in market conditions, regulatory requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. Monitor and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize negative impacts on project delivery. Value Management. Good experience of implementation of value engineering system including assessing the financial impact of proposed design changes during design process.
