Greetings from Pushpam Group! We are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic sales team in Bangalore. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for selling luxury gated communities developed by us, with a focus on closing sales and maximizing revenue in a fast-paced environment. Location: Jaynagar, Bengaluru Annual CTC: 15 - 20 LPA Experience: 7 - 15 Years Notice Period: Ideally immediate, up to 30 days Roles & Responsibilities: - Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and present our luxury homes tailored to their preferences. - Showcase our projects with enthusiasm and attention to detail, highlighting the unique aspects of each development. - Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing engagement, trust, and satisfaction. - Lead negotiations and oversee the closing of sales transactions, ensuring a seamless and successful process. - Provide leadership, motivation, and guidance to the sales team to meet targets and enhance overall performance. Preferred Candidate Profile: - Possess a degree from a recognized Indian university. - Proficient in at least 2 languages, including English. - Highly motivated with a strong drive for personal and professional development. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to achieving results.
