Job Description

You will be responsible for driving Subscriber Net Additions and Revenue Earning Subscribers on both Unlimited and Non-Unlimited portfolios. You will also play a key role in revenue planning by participating in the design of marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will be involved in planning and executing Usage & Retention initiatives in collaboration with the CVM team and Sales team. Identifying market trends and opportunities for the effective execution of Prepaid products across different geographies will also be a part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will lead product launches, working closely with the IN team and UAT team, and develop GTM planning and communication plans for new products. Analyzing product interventions with the BI team and tracking competition will also be important aspects of your role. - Drive Subscriber Net Additions & Revenue Earning Subscribers on Unlimited & Non-Unlimited Portfolio - Participate in Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Revenue Planning with a focus on designing marketing initiatives - Plan and execute Usage & Retention initiatives in collaboration with CVM team and Sales team - Identify market trends and key opportunities for better execution of Prepaid products in different geographies - Lead product launches for UL & non UL in coordination with IN team & UAT team, and formulate GTM Planning & communication plan for new products - Analyze product interventions with BI team - Track competition - Post Graduate MBA with 3-7 years of experience - Proficiency in Excel/SAS/BI - Understanding of Prepaid Charging Systems (IN/IT) - Analytical and data crunching skills - Strong communication and presentation skills You will be responsible for driving Subscriber Net Additions and Revenue Earning Subscribers on both Unlimited and Non-Unlimited portfolios.
