Role & responsibilities : Heading & Leading a team of counselors- Inside Sales. ATL & BTL Activities. Out Reach Sales activitites ie., Colleges/Edufair/seminars , Monthly/ Academic admission targets achievement in Design Division - Diploma/UG & PG, Maintain relationships with business schools/ Colleges,Consultants. Leads generation through reputed College portals. Organize & participate in Educational fairs, seminars,webinars, Develop promotional materials.Developing skills of team members.Co-ordinating Marketing campagain plans. co-ordinating doe entrance exam with associations conducting exams such as XAT,MAT,CAT etc., co-ordinating with prospective students for education loan process. Maintenance of Data of Prospects, post admission process of students, refund cases if any.co-ordination with academics ( campus) for batch inauguration (orientation day)
