Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys is necessary. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management principles is essential. You should possess the ability to create clear and concise functional specifications and use cases for IT development teams. Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and SQL queries to analyze and interpret complex data sets will be beneficial.
