Join us as an Agile Coach and play a key role in bringing to life a new Digital Platform capability. Your primary focus will be on transforming and modernizing our digital estate to create a market-leading digital offering with customer experience as the core focus. You will work on developing scrum principles and sprint goals that are aligned with industry best practices and the bank's objectives, fostering a high-performing technology team to support successful progression on scrum projects. Collaboration with lines of business will be essential as you bring their needs to life through innovative solutions, realizing them through rapid prototyping and proof of concepts using Java, BDD testing concepts, and Public Cloud (AWS). To excel in this position, you should possess excellent facilitation and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in working within an Agile transformation environment is crucial, along with a solid understanding of Java, BDD testing concepts, and Public Cloud (AWS). Additional highly desirable skills include knowledge in authorization and authentication technologies, relationship-building skills, ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical teams effectively, and being an accredited Agile practitioner. In this role, you will be based out of our Pune office, where you will guide teams, leaders, and organizations in adopting and optimizing Agile practices. Your responsibilities will include coaching teams in Agile methodologies, facilitating collaboration, and eliminating barriers to efficiency to enhance team performance and drive continuous improvement. Aligning Agile practices with organizational goals and supporting sustainable Agile transformations will be key objectives. Key Accountabilities: - Mentor and coach: Guide teams and leaders on Agile principles, practices, tools, and methodologies to meet the strategic needs of the Business Units and deliver value to clients/customers. - Facilitate Colleague Development: Coach and develop colleagues to embed Agile ways of working, promoting an Agile mindset and behaviors for cultural change. - Build High-Performing Teams: Help teams identify and address impediments to Agile execution, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. - Continuous Improvement: Utilize data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Cross Business Collaboration: Collaborate with other Agile Coaches, share best practices, and contribute to a network of Agile champions across Business Units. - Agile Adoption: Develop and implement an Agile coaching strategy to enhance maturity levels across the organization by embedding best practices.,
