As a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Identity Access Management, you will play a crucial role in bringing to life a new digital platform capability and modernizing the digital estate to create a market-leading digital offering centered around customer experience. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with business-aligned engineering and product teams to foster a culture of teamwork and innovation. To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available, fault-tolerant, auto-scaling, and auto-healing systems. Proficiency in AWS is essential, with additional experience in Azure and GCP considered a plus. Your expertise should also encompass Kubernetes (especially ECS), server-less architectures, disaster recovery strategies, continuous delivery implementation, and coding skills in Python, Bash, and JSON/Yaml. You will be responsible for driving reliability best practices across engineering teams, integrating SRE principles into the DevSecOps lifecycle, and collaborating with engineering, security, and product teams to achieve a balance between reliability and feature velocity. Additionally, hands-on experience with ForgeRock COTS based IAM solutions is highly desirable. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring the reliability, availability, and scalability of systems and platforms through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and incident response best practices. Your key accountabilities will include proactive monitoring, maintenance, and capacity planning to ensure system availability, performance, and scalability. You will also be involved in resolving system outages, automating operational processes, optimizing system performance, and fostering a culture of technical excellence within the organization. Furthermore, you will be expected to collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability best practices into the software development lifecycle, stay informed about industry technology trends, and contribute to the organization's technology communities. The role will be based in our Pune office.
