Are you passionate about building the next generation of autonomous, intelligent systems? Our Our Client is seeking a forward-thinking Python Developer to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying sophisticated AI agents that can reason, plan, and act to solve complex business challenges.

Job Role:
In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of AI within our firm and for our clients. You will have the opportunity to:- Architect and Engineer Agentic AI: Be the primary driver for designing, building, and refining advanced AI agents. You will focus on creating systems that perceive, reason, and execute tasks autonomously.- Orchestrate and Integrate LLMs: Skillfully integrate and orchestrate a variety of large language models as the "brains" of your AI agents, creating novel applications and driving significant business value.- Build for Scale on the Cloud: Leverage your expertise in cloud platforms like Google Cloud and Azure to create and manage scalable, production-grade agentic pipelines and deployments.- Pioneer New AI Frontiers: Continuously research and implement the latest advancements in agentic architectures and frameworks, ensuring that our solutions are always on the cutting edge.

What You Bring to the Table:
Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong blend of technical expertise and a creative, problem-solving mindset, with a dedicated focus on agent-based systems.

Core Qualifications:
- A deep understanding of Agentic AI principles and a proven ability to architect and build multi-step, tool-using AI agents.- Expertise in designing and implementing multi-agent systems, with a focus on orchestrating communication and collaboration between agents to solve complex, interdependent tasks.- A strong aptitude for rapidly learning and applying emerging agentic AI concepts, with the ability to research and implement novel techniques like Computer-Use Agents (CUA).- Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) as a core component for providing agents with real-time, contextual knowledge.- Proficiency in Python and extensive experience with agent-centric frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers.- Demonstrated experience in deploying and managing AI solutions in a cloud environment (Azure is a plus).

Desired Skills:
- Experience building, deploying, monitoring, and optimizing large-scale, multi-agent orchestrated solutions for a large population of users.- Familiarity with reinforcement learning concepts and their application in improving agent behavior and decision-making.- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes for deploying agentic services.
