Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 6 to 17 years of experience in Agentic AI to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the field and excellent technical skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and deploy agent frameworks using various technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain large-scale data systems and pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of agent roles, memory, planning, and tools.
Experience with fine-tuning or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
Familiarity with model selection and deployment methods.
Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
Experience with tool execution environments like LangChain tools or custom wrappers.
Awareness of model limitations, hallucinations, and how to mitigate them.
Fluency in Python for AI orchestration and TypeScript/React for building UIs around agents.
Comfortable integrating models via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace).
Ability to build, test, and iterate on agent workflows, tooling pipelines, and UI/UX for human-agent interaction.
Familiarity with hacky proof-of-concept workflows and productionizing them.
Strong sense of product intuition: what to build and why.
Thinks in terms of goals, user outcomes, system feedback loops, not just features.
Able to define and track success metrics for agentic systems.
