As an Agentic AI Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, your role will involve implementing Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph and CrewAI to build intelligent workflows. You will utilize multiple LLMs like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, understanding their strengths and limitations while optimizing LLM interactions through advanced Prompt Engineering techniques. Additionally, you will leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for enhanced AI response generation and work with AI platforms like Hugging Face/GitHub to download and fine-tune pretrained models. Developing scalable system architectures using FastAPI, Uvicorn, Celery, and AI pipelines will be part of your responsibilities, along with applying best practices in ML engineering and staying updated with the latest AI advancements through continuous learning and global research scanning. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to articulate AI concepts clearly and have hands-on experience in Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques, system architecture, AI/ML platforms, and ML Frameworks like Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. A strong foundation in Data Structures, Probability & Statistics, and Linear Algebra is essential, along with the ability to explain AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or AI, combined with 3 to 5 years of work experience as an AI Engineer, is required for this role.
