About FlytBase Were on a zero-to-one journey, building a new global category from scratch Our mission: Unlock the world's third dimension with fully autonomous drones Everything we do is rooted in first-principle thinking, bold experimentation, and pushing boundaries Tired of cookie-cutter playbooksWere building something fresh, exciting, and impactful Roles and Responsibilities Design Agentic AI Systems Build agent-to-agent communication and context-aware decision-making using LangGraph, AutoGen, OpenAI Swarm Implement RAG pipelines and memory management to ground AI in domain-specific knowledge (manuals, logs, etc ) Build Versatile AI Capabilities Work with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) to analyze aerial/sensor imagery + text reasoning (e g , anomaly detection) Develop AI agents that autonomously execute Python functions based on contextual triggers Optimize for Real-World Impact Deploy scalable AI workflows on AWS/GCP, balancing GPU utilization and latency Use LangSmith to monitor agent behavior, debug failures, and improve system reliability Human-in-the-Loop Intelligence Design AI oversight mechanisms (bias testing, fallback protocols) for a balance of autonomy and safety Optimize agent observability with LangSmith for debugging and performance monitoring Best Suited For Candidates Who: Have Proven AI Development Experience Portfolio of projects in multi-agent systems, RAG, or decision automation (GitHub/Kaggle links required) Strong in Python, AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) Bring Technical Breadth Experience with AWS, GCP, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI), and LLM orchestration Have a Problem-Solver Mindset Ship production-ready code that balances innovation and scalability Thrive in a High-Ownership, Fast-Paced Culture Embrace ambiguity, learn from failures, and challenge KPIs to chase ambitious goals Submit your application below!
