Description
As an Agentic AI Developer in the AI Research and Development team, your role will involve designing, implementing, and optimizing autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, planning, and interacting with dynamic environments and toolchains. You will be at the forefront of building cutting-edge systems that merge machine learning, cognitive architectures, and software engineering. **Key Responsibilities:** - Designing and developing agentic AI systems with capabilities such as autonomy and goal-directed behavior, long-term memory and planning, self-reflection and reasoning loops, dynamic tool use, and API integrations. - Implementing architectures like ReAct, AutoGPT, BabyAGI, and custom agent frameworks. - Integrating foundation models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) into agent pipelines. - Collaborating with product and engineering teams to deploy agents in real-world applications like customer support, RPA, and research assistants. - Optimizing agent performance across reasoning speed, accuracy, and cost. - Translating complex agent behaviors into clear, actionable reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Helping design test scenarios and benchmark protocols for agent evaluation. - Contributing to research, papers, or internal documentation on agent design strategies. - Staying current with emerging trends in LLMs, autonomous agents, and neuro-symbolic AI. **Qualifications and Skills Required:** - Strong programming skills in Python and experience with LLM toolkits such as LangChain, OpenAI API, HuggingFace. - Solid understanding of agent design patterns including planner-executor loops, tool use, memory, and chaining. - Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic retrieval tools like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS. - Familiarity with cognitive science or reinforcement learning concepts. - Experience in building applications using LLMs or multi-agent systems. - Ability to work independently and iteratively in a fast-paced, exploratory R&D environment. - Research experience in AI, ML, NLP, or multi-agent systems. - Experience with open-source agents like AutoGPT, CrewAI, LangGraph. - Understanding of ethical and safety considerations for autonomous AI. - Contributions to open-source agentic AI frameworks or community projects.
