Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager located in Pan India. The Agency Manager will be responsible for overseeing debt collection processes, managing collection teams, analyzing collection data, and ensuring effective finance management. Daily tasks include coordinating with team members, optimizing collections operations, and collaborating with finance departments to achieve organizational goals.

• Debt Collection and Collections Management skills
• Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision making
• Team Management experience to lead and motivate team.
• Knowledge in Finance and financial practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• A relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
