Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager in Financial Distribution located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of financial advisors, overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. This role involves client consultations, building and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, and providing expert guidance on various financial products.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial advisory, sales leadership, and team management
• Strong understanding of Insurance and Mutual fund product.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

Salary Range : 2,40,000 to 3,60,000 per annum
