Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop a team of Financial Advisors for life insurance product sales
  • Train, motivate, and guide Financial Advisors to achieve sales targets on time
  • Share timely product knowledge and updates to improve selling effectiveness
  • Conduct regular training sessions for better understanding of insurance products and sales techniques
  • Drive consistent business generation through recruited Financial Advisors
  • Support advisors in field activities including joint calls and customer meetings
  • Monitor performance and ensure alignment with company objectives

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with sales experience in BFSI, Pharma, Telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, or FMCG industries
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a team and meet performance targets
  • Experience in field sales, recruitment, or team handling will be an added advantage
