Hi Candidate we are hiring for Senior Process Associate - US Mortgage Tax Process Location: BANGALORE (Work from Office) Experience Required: 1-3 YEARS in US MORTGAGE/ PROPERTY TAX/ REAL ESTATE Job Type: Full-time SHIFT TIMING : US SHIFT Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Associate with expertise in US mortgage tax servicing or property tax . The role involves managing tax searches, liaising with US agencies, ensuring compliance with state tax updates. Responsibilities: Perform tax searches for all US states with updated tax regulations. Handle CUSA client tax search, regular taxes, Spruce, CTC, CTS clients, etc. Communicate effectively with US agencies (assessors, tax collectors, utility & fire tax departments). Manage and QC tax data for accuracy and compliance. Experience in Accumatch Locate process (preferred). Maintain process documentation and reports. SKILLS : US Mortgage Taxes, Property Tax Servicing, CUSA Client Tax Search, Accumatch Locate, Agency Calls, Tax Assessment, QC, Client Communication.
