Hi Candidate
we are hiring for Senior Process Associate - US Mortgage Tax Process
Perform tax searches for all US states with updated tax regulations.
Handle CUSA client tax search, regular taxes, Spruce, CTC, CTS clients, etc.
Communicate effectively with US agencies (assessors, tax collectors, utility & fire tax departments).
Manage and QC tax data for accuracy and compliance.
Experience in Accumatch Locate process (preferred).
Maintain process documentation and reports.
SKILLS : US Mortgage Taxes, Property Tax Servicing, CUSA Client Tax Search, Accumatch Locate, Agency Calls, Tax Assessment, QC, Client Communication.
