Agency Calling Executive / Telecaller

About the Role

We are seeking energetic and persuasive professionals to join our team as Agency Calling Executives. Your main task will be to connect with agencies, clearly explain our services, and convince them to collaborate or share leads. If you are confident on the phone and know how to turn a “maybe” into a “yes,” we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Call agencies across assigned regions (focus: Kanpur & nearby areas)
• Present services effectively and generate interest
• Build rapport and maintain relationships with agency contacts
• Follow up diligently and close lead agreements
• Maintain records of calls and responses
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets

Who Should Apply?

1- Strong communication & convincing skills
2- Fluent in Hindi and basic English3- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined4- Prior experience in telecalling/sales/BPO is a plus5- Freshers with excellent speaking skills are also welcome

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
