Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the Service Center Acceptance & Evaluation process as well as conducting Periodic Service Quality Evaluations. Your role will involve developing plans, analyzing results, proposing improvement plans, and ensuring that KPIs are met according to VinFast standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop plans and carry out the monthly acceptance and evaluation of service centers operated by dealers and partners, based on VinFast standards and the expansion roadmap. - Analyze and build standard processes, checklists, and KPIs for periodic (monthly/quarterly) service quality evaluations according to VinFast standards for service centers. - Plan and conduct monthly/quarterly evaluations of service quality based on VinFast criteria. - Analyze results, propose improvement plans and requirements, and follow up on progress to ensure KPIs are met. Qualifications Required: - Over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably with electric vehicle brands or major automotive brands. - Experience in service quality evaluation is an advantage. - Proficient in English. - Willing to travel for business.
