Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repair of vehicles as per manufacturer guidelines. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Support the service team in managing customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Maintain detailed records of service and repairs in accordance with company policies. Ensure the workshop follows standard safety and cleanliness protocols. Assist in technical inspections and quality checks. Coordinate with parts department for timely availability of spares. Attend training sessions to stay updated on latest automotive technologies. Preferred candidate profile Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (mandatory). 1- 3 years of hands-on experience in vehicle servicing or maintenance. Basic knowledge of vehicle diagnostics tools and service equipment. Strong understanding of automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, etc.). Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Locations - Rourkela, Raipur, Udaipur, Lucknow, Varanasi, Meerut, Pune, Sholapur, Chandigarh, Guwahati, Mumbai, Indore, Chennai
