Job Description

Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager at PagarBooks, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for clients and providing ongoing exceptional support. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-person training sessions, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering hands-on assistance to maximize client satisfaction with the PagarBooks platform. Key Responsibilities: - Client Onboarding: - Conduct in-person training sessions for new clients to familiarize them with the PagarBooks platform. - Assist clients in setting up their accounts, configuring settings, and uploading necessary data. - Develop customized onboarding plans to meet individual client requirements and ensure a smooth transition. - Customer Support: - Act as the main point of contact for clients in your designated region, addressing their inquiries and issues. - Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support for any challenges clients encounter. - Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns by liaising with internal support and development teams. - Relationship Management: - Establish and nurture strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. - Collect feedback from clients to pinpoint areas for enhancement and communicate this feedback to the product team. - Educate clients on new features and updates to optimize their utilization of the platform. Qualification Required: - Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably related to onboarding, training, or customer support. - Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts. - Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. - Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks concurrently. - Proficient in utilizing software and technology, with a willingness to adapt to new tools. Additional Details: You should be willing to travel extensively within your assigned region, possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and be flexible to work beyond regular business hours when necessary.
