Job Description

As a Key Account Manager at PagarBooks, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that clients have a seamless onboarding experience and receive exceptional ongoing support. Your responsibilities will include traveling to client sites, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and providing hands-on assistance to ensure clients maximize their use of the PagarBooks platform. Key Responsibilities: - Client Onboarding: - Conduct in-person training sessions with new clients to familiarize them with the PagarBooks platform. - Assist clients in setting up their accounts, configuring settings, and uploading necessary data. - Develop customized onboarding plans to address specific client needs and ensure a smooth transition. - Customer Support: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients in your region, addressing their inquiries and concerns. - Provide on-site troubleshooting and support for any technical issues or questions that may arise. - Ensure timely resolution of client issues by collaborating with internal support and development teams. - Relationship Management: - Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention. - Gather feedback from clients to pinpoint areas for improvement and communicate this to the product team. - Educate clients on new features and updates to optimize their utilization of the platform. Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in onboarding, training, or customer support. Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner. - Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks concurrently. - Proficiency in utilizing software and technology, with a willingness to adapt to new tools. Other Requirements: - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. - Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required.
