Affiliate Sales

As an Affiliate Manager at our company, you will be responsible for various aspects of affiliate marketing. Your main tasks will include reviewing and approving inbound signups to our affiliate program, recruiting, activating, and optimizing affiliates, staying updated on industry trends to educate affiliates, resolving any affiliate issues efficiently to ensure smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records and reports in Zoho CRM/Desk/Projects. Your key responsibilities will be divided as follows: - Affiliate Approval (30%): You will review and approve incoming affiliate signups to ensure the quality and relevance of the affiliate network. - Affiliate Acquisition & Activation (30%): Your role will involve recruiting new affiliates, activating them on our platform, and optimizing their performance for mutual benefit. - Affiliate Understanding (20%): It will be crucial for you to stay informed about the latest trends in affiliate marketing and share this knowledge with our affiliates to help them succeed. - Query Management (10%): You will be the point of contact for affiliates in case of any issues or queries, ensuring a prompt and effective resolution to maintain operational efficiency. - Zoho & Documentation (10%): Keeping detailed and updated records in Zoho CRM/Desk/Projects will be essential to track affiliate performance and program success. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in affiliate marketing, particularly in CPA (Cost Per Action) and CPL (Cost Per Lead) models. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must to effectively interact with affiliates and address their needs. Knowledge of Zoho CRM would be a valuable asset, although not mandatory.
