Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Affiliate Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing and learn the ins and outs of affiliate partnerships, promotions, and performance-based marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit new affiliates, influencers, and content partners.
• Maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners and ensure consistent performance.
• Assist in creating and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with the content, SEO, and design teams to ensure proper creatives and messaging.
• Stay updated with trends in affiliate marketing and competitor strategies.
• Support tracking, reporting, and monthly payout processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and performance-based campaigns.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of affiliate networks (like ShareASale, CJ, Impact, etc.) is a plus.
• Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and result-driven.
