Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Affiliate Account Executive to manage and grow relationships across both advertisers (brands) and publishers (affiliate partners) . The ideal candidate has experience in performance marketing, understands both sides of the affiliate ecosystem, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Advertiser/Brand Management: Onboard, manage, and grow direct relationships with advertisers. Work with advertisers to define campaign objectives, set KPIs, and optimize performance. Collaborate with internal teams to track delivery, pacing, and results across affiliate campaigns. Develop strategic plans to expand advertiser budgets and product placements. Publisher/Affiliate Partner Management: Build and maintain relationships with publishers across verticals (content, cashback, coupon, influencers, etc.). Recruit new affiliate partners and negotiate commercial terms. Ensure affiliates have all necessary creatives, tracking, and communication to promote campaigns effectively. Monitor performance and drive optimization strategies to maximize publisher output. Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise between internal teams to ensure campaign success and issue resolution. Manage invoicing, payout tracking, and compliance for both advertisers and publishers. Provide regular reports, insights, and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably handling both advertiser and publisher sides. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and KPIs. Ability to multitask and thrive in a performance-driven environment. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
