Affiliate Manager Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Manager Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our affiliate and advertiser relationships, optimizing campaign performance, and driving revenue growth through targeted strategies. You will also be given specific sales targets and expected to work independently while meeting performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing affiliates and advertisers.
• Manage and grow affiliate networks, identifying opportunities for scaling and revenue enhancement.
• Monitor affiliate campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports on sales, conversions, and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and ethical marketing standards across all affiliate activities.
• Collaborate with advertisers on campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
• Continuously analyze data to improve campaign performance and optimize affiliate contributions.
• Develop strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive consistent revenue growth.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, affiliate tools, and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a solid understanding of various traffic types (e.g., display, native, email, social, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a performance-driven role.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks, tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, Everflow, or similar), and campaign optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in performance reporting tools.
