Affiliate & Influencer Marketing

Reports To: Head of Digital Marketing

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to develop,

manage, and scale our affiliate marketing program. The ideal candidate will be responsible

for building strong relationships with partners, optimizing affiliate performance, and driving

measurable growth through data-driven strategies. You will collaborate cross-functionally

with marketing, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with broader business

goals and ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage the affiliate marketing strategy

revenue, and profitability.

Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships

and influencers.

Negotiate contracts, commission structures, and incentives

maintain partner satisfaction.

Monitor and analyse affiliate performance metrics

and reporting to leadership.

Collaborate with creative and content teams

promotional materials, and campaigns tailored for affiliates.

Ensure compliance

network policies.

Stay current on industry trends

networks to expand the affiliate program.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in Affiliate & Influencer marketing or partnership management (B2C or

eCommerce preferred).

Proven success in growing and managing large-scale affiliate programs.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools Experience with SEO, paid media, or influencer marketing is a plus
