Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aesthetician based at our Bengaluru clinic. Responsibilities include providing professional skin care, hair removal, laser treatments, and cosmetic procedures while consulting clients to assess their needs. The role also involves educating clients on aftercare, maintaining clinical hygiene, and offering excellent customer service to ensure a positive client experience. Aestheticians may also assist in promoting clinic services and retail products.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Skin Care and Cosmetology, including knowledge of treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and skin rejuvenation methods
• Proficiency in Hair Removal techniques and procedures, including laser hair reduction
• Strong Customer Service abilities to ensure a welcoming and supportive experience for clients
• Skills in Sales, including promoting and advising clients on suitable services and products
• Formal training or certification in cosmetology or aesthetics is required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a dermatology clinic or similar professional environment is an advantage
