Job Summary

The Aesthetic Practitioner will be responsible for performing a wide range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments, conducting client consultations, and ensuring excellent patient care and safety. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience, good communication skills, and a passion for the aesthetic industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic procedures including (but not limited to):
• Botox and Dermal Fillers
• Laser Treatments (Hair Removal, Pigmentation, Skin Rejuvenation)
• PRP, Micro-needling, and Skin Boosters
• Advanced Facials and Peels
• Conduct comprehensive client consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client medical records and consent forms.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment care instructions to clients.
• Manage client follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, products, and techniques in the field of aesthetic medicine.
• Support clinic marketing activities, events, and promotions when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree/Diploma in, Cosmetology, or Aesthetic Medicine.
• Valid license or certification (as per local medical regulations).
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic.
• Hands-on experience in injectables and laser-based treatments (preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented approach with strong focus on patient satisfaction.

Work Schedule

• 6 days a week (including weekends, with one weekday off).
• Flexible shifts based on clinic hours.
