The role of a ServiceNow-Testing Engineer-Associate in the Testing Managed Service tower requires 3-5 years of experience. Key skills for this role include proficiency in ServiceNow, ATF, and a Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT or a relevant field. The work location for this position is in Bangalore, India. Required skills for this position include primary skills in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, ATF, and Javascript. Secondary skills include reporting, Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Azure DevOps, and Git. A Data Analyst in this role is expected to have hands-on experience with ServiceNow applications, ITIL, ITSM modules, ServiceNow ATF, Tricentis Tosca, and automation testing concepts. Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA, ITIL, ATF), ISTQB Certification are a plus. Soft skills required for this position include exceptional written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within diverse teams, proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, and adaptability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
