As an Associate at PwC, you will work collaboratively as part of a problem-solving team, addressing complex business issues from strategy to execution through the use of Data, Analytics & Insights Skills. Your professional skills and responsibilities at this level will include utilizing feedback and reflection to enhance self-awareness, demonstrating critical thinking, and bringing structure to unstructured problems. You will be involved in reviewing ticket quality and deliverables, providing status reports for projects, adhering to SLAs, and having experience in incident, change, and problem management. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing work for quality, accuracy, and relevance, using appropriate tools for different situations, and embracing opportunities for growth and development. The role of ServiceNow-Testing Engineer-Associate within the Testing Managed Service tower requires 3 - 5 years of experience and proficiency in skills such as ServiceNow and ATF. A Bachelor's degree in computer science/IT or a relevant field is a prerequisite for this position, and the work location is Bangalore, India. Key Skills for this role include expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, ATF, and Javascript, with secondary skills in Reporting, Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Azure DevOps, and Git. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow applications, ITIL, ITSM modules, and ServiceNow ATF and Tricentis Tosca. Additionally, proficiency in analyzing business and functional requirements, deriving test scenarios, writing detailed test cases, and managing defects is essential. Experience in ServiceNow Test Management, Agile, and automation testing concepts, particularly with ServiceNow ATF, is highly valued. Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA, ITIL, ATF) and ISTQB Certification are considered advantageous, along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in diverse teams. A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and adaptability in dynamic environments are also key attributes for success in this role.
