Role Overview: At PwC, as a SAP ME/MII Consultant specializing in Manufacturing Execution and Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence, you will be a key member of the SAP Core team providing technical support to the business community for SAP in the ME/MII Technical Configuration area. Your role will involve analyzing user requirements, automating processes, improving existing systems, and supporting projects and production across all functions within ME/MII. By resolving issues creatively and providing technical expertise, you will play a crucial role in aligning business application systems with architectural standards and established methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways - Lead small projects or collaborate with project personnel to ensure alignment with architectural standards - Provide technical expertise in the analysis, design, and development of SAP reports, interfaces, business forms, conversions, and user exits - Estimate programming and unit testing activities for projects - Design and support interfaces to legacy and third-party systems using various techniques - Research and apply OSS notes - Follow the IT SDLC process - Utilize advanced debugging techniques - Write detailed documentation of program functions - Collaborate and communicate effectively between teams - Monitor project progress, identify difficulties, and take remedial action - Perform other responsibilities as assigned - Participate in off-hours meetings Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience - Good interpersonal, communication skills, and excellent documentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to explain technical concepts to a broad audience - Excellent customer service skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer business needs - Self-managing, self-motivating, able to prioritize tasks optimally and meet customer expectations Additional Details: The qualified candidate must have at least 8 years of relevant experience in SAP ME & SAP MII with hands-on configuration and setup experience in various ME functional modules. They should possess expertise in configuring and setting up SAP MIENT, SAP ME site, user, system, and process configuration management, routing design, shop order management, shop floor control management, data collection, nonconformance and quality control, product genealogy and tracking, production operator dashboards, labor tracking, packing service, custom enhancements using API web services, shop floor integration using MII and Plant Connectivity, SAP MII Workbench, web technologies including JQuery and SAPUI5, web services including XML, XSLT, and XPath, and a solid technical background in SAP MII solution development. Expertise in systems integration, designing technical interfaces using SAP Plant connectivity, strong database skills, exposure to manufacturing functionality within SAP, and experience with deploying and configuring SAP MII 15.2 and ME are also required for this role.,
