In this role at PwC, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications. You will play a crucial part in helping clients optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle supply chain and operations applications. By working in this area, you will contribute to the success of your clients by enabling them to achieve their goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize your 6 to 10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to lead and deliver value in Oracle supply chain and operations consulting. - Demonstrate expert level knowledge across Oracle WMS areas such as Inbound Logistics, Inventory Control, Task Management, Outbound Logistics, and MSCA. - Understand the interaction between WMS applications and other Oracle Cloud modules like Financials, Procurement, Manufacturing, ASCP, and Logistics Applications. - Proficiency in Application Implementation Methodology and associated assets/documentation requirements (Oracle AIM, etc.). - Apply basic PL/SQL knowledge and familiarity with Oracle Supply Chain modules and WMS database table structures. - Interpret client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications, and configure the system accordingly. - Prepare process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, user training materials, and onboarding documents for projects and enhancements. - Deliver issue resolutions within SLAs and KPIs, focusing on reducing recurrence issues caused by the Oracle Fusion application. - Generate ad-hoc reports to measure the health of applications and configure WMS setups to meet client standards. - Possess good knowledge of BPM Approval Workflow, BI Reports, and the ability to understand and articulate business requirements. - Coordinate with the team to close client requests on time and within SLAs, conduct Unit Testing and UAT, and work on data upload/migration techniques like FBDI/ADFDI/Import maps. **Qualifications Required:** - Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications specifically in Oracle WMS and related functionalities. - Proficient in using a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. - Ability to analyze complex concepts using critical thinking and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. - Understanding of the broader objectives of projects and roles and how they fit into the overall strategy. - Develop deeper business context understanding and adapt to changing environments. - Uphold professional and technical standards, adhere to the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements. - Good communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
