AES - DE - FS - Java

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based full-stack applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and high availability across distributed systems while following best coding practices and design patterns.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical solutions, estimations, and detailed implementation plans.


• Implement RESTful APIs, backend services, and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks; integrate with databases, third-party services, and messaging systems while ensuring data integrity and transactional consistency.


• Develop and enhance front-end components or support UI integration with backend services, ensuring seamless end-to-end functionality, optimized response times, and a consistent user experience across platforms.


• Perform code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables; proactively identify performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt, and drive continuous improvements.


• Support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of applications in development, testing, and production environments; participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive measures to improve system stability.


• Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and adherence to organizational development standards, while mentoring junior team members and staying updated with evolving Java, full-stack, and cloud technologies.
