Aerial Visuals Specialist – Drone & Post-Production

✈ Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Drone Operator with a valid Remote Pilot License (RPL) to lead all aerial documentation of Bheemaa’s large-scale infrastructure projects across the country. This role is not limited to flying the drone — you will also be responsible for editing and delivering professional-quality video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other related software.

You will be the visual storyteller for the company’s projects — from construction timelines to finished showcases.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain company-provided drones for video and photo shoots of project sites across India.
• Capture high-quality aerial footage for ongoing, completed, and milestone project documentation.
• Plan shoot days in coordination with the project team and travel to sites accordingly.
• Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and relevant creative tools.
• Add annotations, transitions, voiceovers, and branding where needed.
• Maintain complete responsibility for drone care, storage, upkeep, and transport.
• Archive and organize all drone footage and edited media in a structured system.

✅ Requirements

• Valid Remote Pilot License (RPL) as per DGCA norms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and video editing workflows.
• Hands-on experience operating commercial drones (DJI or equivalent).
• Ability to travel extensively and work at construction sites (heighted safety awareness required).
• Professional attitude and a strong sense of responsibility will provide drone, but you will be accountable for it.

Good to Have

• Experience creating timelapse, hyperlapse, and construction progress videos.
• Basic understanding of photography/videography principles (ISO, frame rate, exposure).
• Experience working in infrastructure/construction projects is a big plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
