AEM Developer/Support

Job Description: As an AEM Developer - Support Project at our company, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the stability, performance, and scalability of the Adobe Experience Manager platform. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the platform runs smoothly, providing technical support to resolve issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure the AEM platform is running smoothly by actioning on alerts and monitoring logs regularly. - Provide timely technical support to resolve issues related to AEM components, templates, and workflows. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to minimize disruptions to business operations. - Maintain documentation of new findings during troubleshooting and update any missing documentation. - Collaborate effectively with other teams to achieve common goals. - Work in shifts, including 2 weeks of night shifts per month and on-call shifts as required.
