- . Migrate back-end infrastructure from on-premise or IT-hosted Kubernetes to AEM Cloud Service.
- . Develop and optimize custom workflows, services, and APIs using Java, Apache Sling, and OSGi.
- . Standardize content models using Content Fragments and Experience Fragments for scalability.
- . Optimize DAM workflows for efficient asset management and metadata handling.
- . Implement AI-driven features for content tagging, search, and personalization.
- . Enhance performance through caching strategies, CDN tuning, and query optimization.
- . Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with quality gates (static analysis, performance tests) for reliable deployments.
- . Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across AEM environments.
- . Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate back-end services with UI components.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Essential Skills . 5+ years of experience in back-end development, with at least 3 years focused on AEM. . Expertise in Java, Apache Sling, OSGi, workflows, Dispatcher configuration and JCR for AEM development. . Experience with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms. . Experience with DAM, metadata, assets, content publishing/unpublishing, replication. . Understanding of AEM deployment pipelines, CI/CD, unit testing, performance profiling. . Proficiency in building RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and headless CMS architectures. . Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for complex AEM environments. . Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good-to-Have Skills . Adobe Certified Expert in AEM (Developer). . Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service and cloud-native development. . Knowledge of AI integration for content management or personalization. . Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Maven, or Terraform. . Experience with performance optimization techniques like caching and CDN tuning. . Understanding of web security best practices and authentication protocols (e.g., SSO).
