Job Description – Lawyer / Advocate (7–8 Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Advocate with 7–8 years of professional practice to handle drafting, litigation support, and court-related work across multiple legal forums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft agreements, powers of attorney, affidavits, writ petitions (WP), interlocutory applications (IA), complaints, and other court-related documents
• Manage litigation matters and assist in case preparation and filing
• Apply working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Code (CPC) in day-to-day legal tasks
• Visit and represent matters across various courts, including revenue authorities and law enforcement departments
• Maintain organized documentation and use basic software tools for drafting, research, and case updates

Requirements:

• 7–8 years of experience as an Advocate
• Strong drafting skills and familiarity with court procedures
• Basic knowledge of the Civil Procedure Code
• Willing to travel to different courts and legal offices as required
• Proficiency in basic computer and software usage
• Must be fluent in Kannada (reading, writing, and speaking)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
