JusticeForAll.Digital is a next-generation legal and digital justice firm that provides professional legal services in criminal law, cheque dishonor (NI Act), harassment matters, and cyber-related cases. Our firm operates at the intersection of law and technology, helping clients secure justice with transparency, precision, and digital efficiency.

We are seeking licensed advocates in Lucknow and Haryana who can independently handle criminal, harassment, and cheque bounce cases. The role involves appearing before courts, drafting petitions and complaints, managing client interactions, and coordinating with our digital legal operations team.

• Represent clients in criminal, harassment, and cheque bounce (Section 138 NI Act) cases.
• File and manage complaints under IPC Sections 354, 406, 420, 506, and related harassment provisions.
• Draft and review legal notices, replies, bail applications, and FIR-related documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case arguments.
• Attend police stations and magistrate courts for filing or follow-ups.
• Handle settlement negotiations and coordinate with clients for documentation.
• Maintain digital records of cases and coordinate with the JusticeForAll.Digital legal team.

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) from a recognized law university.
• Active Bar Council License (Mandatory).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in criminal or cheque bounce litigation.
• Strong knowledge of Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC), Indian Penal Code (IPC), and Negotiable Instruments Act.
• Excellent drafting and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Experience in client counseling and FIR follow-up preferred.

• Monthly Retainer: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience).
• Incentives per closed case or client representation.

• Lucknow – handling cases in District & Sessions Courts, Police Stations, and Consumer Forums.
• Haryana (Gurugram / Panchkula / Faridabad) – handling local and regional criminal and cheque matters.
