Advocate Litigation

Job Description: As an Advocate Litigation at Divya Shah Associates, you will be responsible for handling a full-time on-site role in Mumbai with a minimum of 5 to 6 years of hard core experience solely in Litigation within a Law Firm. Your primary tasks will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, conducting legal research, providing legal advice, and preparing case strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to coordinate with clients, independently attend court hearings, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
