Job Title: Application Support System Engineer -Advisor
Responsibilities:. Deployment/Upgrade/Migration: Doing deployment/upgrade/Migration of critical application and provide technical support for flagship application, diagnosing and resolving issues promptly.. Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents using related to the Architect application, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders. System Monitoring: Monitor application performance and system health to ensure optimal functionality. Working on Monitoring the application, Changes and Incidents.. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, collaborating with development teams as needed.. Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including software updates and patches.. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations.. Collaboration: Work closely with other IT professionals to improve application performance and implement system enhancements.Qualifications:. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology. Experience: 9 plus years of experience in application support or a similar role.. Technical Skills:o Proficiency working on Azure Harness and CI/CD Pipeline Tools.o Strong application deployment for critical applicationo Proficiency in operating systems such Windows Server and Linux Servero Splunk knowledge, Dynatrace, Change management and Incident managemento Strong knowledge of databases, networking, and programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, SQL).o Strong Expertise on PowerShell Scriptingo Experience with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.o Familiarity with DevOps practices, tools and power shell scripting.. Certifications: ITIL Foundation certification. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to Work under pressure with tight timelines is a plus. Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends.
