Advanced System Administrator

You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT or related domain with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A graduate in any stream, preferably in computer science or a related field, is required along with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience on Wintel and 2 years of experience in end-user technical support. As a part of your responsibilities, you will be providing professional IT support to customers focusing on customer service. Monitoring the IT infrastructure of clients, driving problem investigations and resolution, troubleshooting Windows server issues with RCA, and monitoring the network including firewalls, switches, and access points will be some of your key duties. You will also be analyzing network alerts, managing and troubleshooting Physical and Virtual servers, handling Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, and AWS administration, and performing problem management. Additionally, you will be involved in NAS, SAN Storage administration, planning upgrades and updates of infrastructure, and resolving all tickets promptly and professionally while meeting SLA expectations. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule involves night shifts and rotational shifts with a shift allowance.
