Advanced Software Engineer

Role Overview: The role of an Advanced Software Engineer involves working with a highly talented team of Avionics engineers to design and develop software applications using Java/J2EE and ReactJS. The software must be integrated in a highly configurable manner, validated with the highest level of quality, agility, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop software applications using Java, J2EE, Spring boot, Hibernate, and ReactJS framework - Develop Azure cloud applications and work with Micro Service frameworks, Kubernetes, and Docker containers - Work with Relational databases, preferably MSSQL Server - Drive architecture and design strategies, processes, and methodologies for web applications - Utilize unit test frameworks like Junit and Test Driven Development (TDD) - Collaborate in an agile environment with full stack teams - Take complete ownership of a module and coordinate with customers - Ensure responsiveness to customers, team, and management - Generate innovative ideas and solutions Qualification Required: - BE/B. Tech or M.E/M. Tech with 6+ years of experience in software product development and designing Web applications - 4+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring boot, Hibernate, and 2+ years in ReactJS - Experience in developing Azure cloud applications and working with Micro Service frameworks, Kubernetes, and Docker containers - Proficiency in working with Relational databases, preferably MSSQL Server - Ability to drive architecture and design strategies for web applications - Working knowledge of unit test frameworks like Junit and Test Driven Development (TDD) - Experience in agile environment and full stack development About the Company: Honeywell helps organizations solve complex challenges in automation, aviation, and energy transition.
