Must have skills : SAP HCM On Premise ABAP Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : as per organization standard Summary :As an Advanced Application Engineer for SAP HCM On Premise ABAP, you will be responsible for utilizing modular architectures, next-generation integration techniques, and a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset to provide vision to Application Development Teams. Your typical day will involve working with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SAP HCM On Premise ABAP applications using modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that meet business requirements and add value to the organization. Work with an Agile mindset to create value across projects of multiple scopes and scale. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud-first, mobile-first mindset. Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP HCM On Premise ABAP applications using modular architectures and next-generation integration techniques. Strong understanding of SAP HCM On Premise ABAP development best practices and standards. Experience with SAP HCM On Premise ABAP integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Experience with SAP HCM On Premise ABAP performance tuning and optimization techniques. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
