Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced EY GDS Professional to join our team in Bangalore and Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in New Zealand Tax and Private Client Services. ### Roles and Responsibility Demonstrate high proficiency in tax technical knowledge. Set performance measurements and ensure goals, including engagement economics, turnaround time, and quality targets are met. Adhere to practice protocol and internal processes consistently. Use straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others. Prepare financial statements and tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborate with teams to achieve common goals and objectives. ### Job Requirements Graduate or above in commerce. Possess sound technical knowledge and communication skills, along with analytical thinking ability. Be committed, hard-working, able to work long hours, and proactive. Have exposure to similar experiences in a recognized firm. Demonstrate knowledge of firm policies related to independence, confidentiality, and privacy, client acceptance, and engagement letters.
