Were Hiring: Assistant Manager BPS Training (Banking / Capital Markets)

Location:

A. Pre-requisites for the Role

Essential Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in

    Capital Markets, Investment Banking, and Asset & Wealth Management (AWM)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in

    Training / Learning & Development

  • Experience in handling training for process transitions preferred

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent

    communication and presentation

    skills
  • Strong

    team management and organizational

    abilities
  • Quick learner with adaptability to changes
  • Ability to

    motivate

    , mentor, and resolve team issues
  • Experience in

    team handling

    preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in

    MS Office, Email Management, and MS Visio

  • Experience in preparing

    presentations (MRM / QRM)

B. Preferred Technical Expertise

  • In-depth knowledge of

    Capital Markets, Investment Banking & AWM

    , including:
    • Trade Lifecycle (Hedge Funds & Private Equity Products)
    • Fund Accounting
    • Financial Planning & Investment Advisory
    • Portfolio Management
    • Reconciliation
    • M&A Lifecycle
    • Asset & Wealth Management Strategies
  • Process Improvement & Analytical Skills

C. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop

    training curriculum

    for process and skill development
  • Conduct

    Pre-process and Process-specific trainings

    for Banking verticals
  • Customize training programs as per

    business and process needs

  • Conduct

    assessments

    and monitor

    OJT (On-the-Job Training)

    performance
  • Provide

    coaching and feedback

    to improve trainee performance
  • Prepare and deliver

    presentations and reports

    on training effectiveness
  • Conduct and report

    Process Knowledge Tests (PKT)

    monthly
  • Communicate with

    onsite clients

    for training and process updates
  • Create

    process maps and documentation

    for new transitions
  • Identify

    training needs

    based on system/process updates
  • Maintain accurate

    training records and reports

  • Manage and mentor teams (2550 members) as part of training projects
  • Willingness to work in

    rotational shifts

    and travel as per business requirements
