Role Description

The ADOS - MICE & EVENTS role is a full-time position based on-site in Aurangabad Taluka. The role consists of managing and promoting Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) services offered by Hyatt. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for successful event execution, strategizing and implementing event marketing plans, and driving sales efforts to achieve revenue targets. The selected candidate will maintain a high standard of customer service and represent the Hyatt brand with professionalism and dedication.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Marketing to strategically design and promote high-quality experiences
• Sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets related to MICE and event services
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate as part of a team and take initiative independently
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in MICE, events, or sales roles is a plus
