Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Workfront Project Management and Adobe Workfront Fusion to drive impactful projects. With a focus on Trading Listing and Finding Services you will play a crucial role in optimizing workflows and enhancing project delivery. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment contributing to innovative solutions that benefit both the company and society.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Workfront solutions to streamline project management processes.
Oversee the integration of Adobe Workfront Fusion to enhance system interoperability and data flow.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams ensuring efficient use of Adobe Workfront tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
Develop and maintain project documentation ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
Monitor project progress and performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team proficiency in Adobe Workfront applications.
Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing workflows driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and system integration.
Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Support the development of innovative solutions that align with company goals and societal impact.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.

Qualifications:

Possess extensive experience in Adobe Workfront Project Management and Adobe Workfront Fusion.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
Have a solid understanding of Trading Listing and Finding Services as a domain.
Show proficiency in developing and implementing project management strategies.
Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
