Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in Adobe Workfront Project Management and Adobe Workfront Fusion to drive impactful projects. With a focus on Trading Listing and Finding Services you will play a crucial role in optimizing workflows and enhancing project delivery. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Adobe Workfront solutions to streamline project management processes.
  • Oversee the integration of Adobe Workfront Fusion to enhance system interoperability and data flow.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams ensuring efficient use of Adobe Workfront tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members.
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team proficiency in Adobe Workfront applications.
  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing workflows driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in project management and system integration.
  • Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • Support the development of innovative solutions that align with company goals and societal impact.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting knowledge sharing and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Possess extensive experience in Adobe Workfront Project Management and Adobe Workfront Fusion.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement.
  • Have a solid understanding of Trading Listing and Finding Services as a domain.
  • Show proficiency in developing and implementing project management strategies.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
