Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Workfront Administration & Configuration

  • Administer and maintain Adobe Workfront instance(s), including setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization
  • Configure

    projects, templates, tasks, issues, portfolios, programs, and custom forms

  • Manage

    user access, roles, permissions, groups, teams, and security settings

  • Maintain system governance, naming conventions, and best practices

Workflow & Process Automation

  • Design and implement

    custom workflows

    , approval processes, and automation rules
  • Configure

    request queues

    , routing rules, and intake forms
  • Optimize work processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance
  • Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies within Workfront

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Create and maintain

    reports, dashboards, and analytics

    for leadership and operational teams
  • Customize views, filters, groupings, and calculated fields
  • Monitor system usage, performance, and adoption metrics

Integrations & Technical Support

  • Support and manage integrations with tools such as

    Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Slack, and MS Teams

  • Work with APIs, Fusion (Workfront Fusion), or middleware tools for automation and data sync
  • Coordinate with IT teams on SSO, authentication, and data security

User Support & Enablement

  • Act as Tier 2 / Tier 3 support for Workfront-related issues
  • Troubleshoot system errors, performance issues, and configuration problems
  • Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct onboarding/training sessions
  • Drive user adoption and continuous improvement

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Workfront solutions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for process improvements and platform capabilities
  • Coordinate with Adobe support and vendors when required

Preferred candidate profile

  • 35 years of hands-on experience as a

    Workfront Administrator

  • Strong understanding of

    Workfront objects

    (Projects, Tasks, Issues, Portfolios, Programs)
  • Experience with

    custom forms, calculated fields, and approval workflows

  • Proficiency in

    Workfront reporting and dashboards

  • Experience with

    Workfront Fusion

    and/or API integrations (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management concepts

Functional & Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
